Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises have come to terms regarding the handling of the league. In this regard, a 13-member team has been formed to govern matters related to PSL.
It was decided in the meeting between PSL and PCB officials that recommendations for the league will be given after discussing every aspect of them.
It is pertinent to mention here that tensions have risen between the board and the PSL franchises over some matters. One of the reasons behind this was conducting the T-10 league in UAE. PSL franchises had their reservations over it as many sponsors left them to join the T-10 teams.
Furthermore, PSL franchises also demanded that PCB consult them before making any decision about the PSL. This demand of theirs was successfully met by the PCB. On the other hand, the franchises agreed not to raise any objections over conducting the T-10 league.

The decision is expected to settle matters as tensions between the two were on the rise recently. According to reports, PSL franchises refused to pay their remaining dues to the board just one month before the start of PSL 3 over similar management issues.
