  • Undoubtedly Democracy is a modern form of Shirk and these companies are inviting you to shirk. Needless to say what Justice Shaukat has said about involvement of secret hands to manipulate results to favour the “favourite.”

I know there are hundreds of psuedo scholars who will call you to vote but honestly what is the criteria of such candidates who stand for these elections.

Like I always say. “No to Notes, No to Votes.”

It is for Allah alone to make laws. The remaining affairs are to be handled by a consultative council.

    • you can go and live in Africa jungles to experience “No to Notes, No to Votes.”

    • So it seems u dnt belong here.. What u said is true, however in order to change the system you have be a part of that system. Nevertheless, there are plenty of those creatures who can’t vote.. :P

      • The saddest aspect of this entire episode is that, as was the case with the youth of 1990s, a large section today’s youth is unaware of the historical facts and are blinded in their pursuit of a false hope. They are under the illusion that the party they support will bring about change. Apparently the “khalai makhlooq” has yet again successfully managed — through media and educational institutes — to get the new generation to believe in the same old slogans of accountability and change: a saviour politician that will save the nation from both corrupt and security risks. In reality, however, they are serving the same old wine in a new bottle. It will not be surprising in the future to see today’s politicians who are enjoying “alien” support asking the same question as Mian Sahib in the near future: mujhe kyun nikala?

        • Public is much mature than the past. It’s true, whatever PTI promised in their campaign, it is not possible to make a complete change in just five years but they can do some reasonable changes.
In past people cast their votes for “pakki gali”, motorways and flyovers but now people are asking for institutional reforms thats why public is supporting “naya pakistan” slogan, if PTI dont fulfil their promises, we’ll vote for someone else till we get our Mahathir Muhammad, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan or Khomeini.

          • Public is not at all mature or educated. If they were mature they would have understood that Democracy is shirk or at least they would have understood that in 1992 these secret hands created Nawaz Sharif and now these very hands have created Imran Khan Niazi. The First (Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto) was sent to gallows, the other one (Nawaz) is in line and soon Imran will follow.

            • Democracy is not shirk for us…. How can you say that? Aren’t they muslim? Dont they believe Allah, Prophet (PBUH), and Holy Books? Yes they don’t have a single similarity to Sahaba (RA) but we can’t expect khilafat in this era… For talibans we have “no entry”. Our civilians and military personnels paid a lot to say “get out”…
Now come to secret hands, yes they exist but they are not all in all. These hand dont want pmln anywhere but they are still in punjab with 132 seats till 1pm. These hands dont want ppp in sind but ppp is the leading party in Sindh. So public voice is loud and clear..

              • May I request you to please research before giving final verdict.

Democracy is a system that is contrary to Islam, because it gives the power of legislation to the people or to those who represent them (such as members of Parliament). Based on that, in democracy legislative authority is given to someone other than Allah, may He be exalted; rather it is given to the people and their deputies, and what matters is not their consensus but the majority. Thus what the majority agree upon becomes laws that are binding on the nation, even if it is contrary to common sense, religious teaching or reason. In these systems legislation has been promulgated allowing abortion, same-sex marriage and usurious interest (riba); the rulings of sharee‘ah have been abolished; and fornication/adultery and the drinking of alcohol are permitted. In fact this system is at war with Islam and its followers.

Allah, may He be exalted, has told us in the His Book that legislative authority belongs to Him alone, and that He is the Wisest of those who issue rulings and judge. He has forbidden the association of anyone with Him in His Authority, and no one is better than Him in ruling.

Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):

“So the judgement is only with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great!”

                [Ghaafir 40:12]

“The command (or the judgement) is for none but Allah. He has commanded that you worship none but Him (i.e. His Monotheism), that is the (true) straight religion, but most men know not”

                [Yoosuf 12:40]

“Is not Allah the Best of judges?”

                [at-Teen 95:8]

“Say: ‘Allah knows best how long they stayed. With Him is (the knowledge of) the unseen of the heavens and the earth. How clearly He sees, and hears (everything)! They have no Walee (Helper, Disposer of affairs, Protector, etc.) other than Him, and He makes none to share in His Decision and His Rule’”

                [al-Kahf 18:26]

“Do they then seek the judgement of (the Days of) Ignorance? And who is better in judgement than Allah for a people who have firm Faith?”

                [al-Maa’idah 5:50].

“The decision is only for Allaah”

                [al-An’aam 6:57]

Furthermore it is in conceivable that Muslims take oath to protect constitution rather than Shariah.

                • Lol. You are manipulating democracy by These “AAYAAT-E-KARIMA”. True democracy doesnt exists in Pakistan for now but we can hope it in future… if you take an overview on 2008 to 2018 duration, you will notice that a lot has changed and a gradual change in our systems is in process, thanks to media and judiciary….
If you want to see true democracy take a look on UK and European democratic system. Democratic system doesnt mean that we’ll allow all the “HARAMS” as an Islamic republic. It only allow public to choose their faithful leaders. If we can’t decide a true leader yet, its not a failure of democratic system but a failure of public decision. So we should allow the system to get mature…..No system is good or bad, it is the immaturity of peoples that makes it bad….
It’s impossible to recall the past but a good or bad past always leads to a better future… Believe in Allah, He will decide what good for you…

                  • What the Muslims must do is refer for judgement to Islamic sharee‘ah, in obedience to the command of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, in the verses in which He, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And so judge (you O Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) between them by what Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires”

                    [al-Maa’idah 5:49]

“And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafiroon”

                    [al-Maa’idah 5:44]

“And whosoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed, such are the Zalimoon”

                    [al-Maa’idah 5:45]

“And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed (then) such (people) are the Fasiqoon (the rebellious i.e. disobedient to Allah”

                    [al-Maa’idah 4:47]

“But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission”

                    [an-Nisa’ 4:65].

It is forbidden for the Muslims to refer for judgement to customary rulings, tribal principles or man-made laws, because this comes under the heading of referring for judgement to taaghoot (false judges, etc), which Allah has forbidden us to refer to for judgement and Allah has instructed us to reject it as He, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Have you seen those (hyprocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgement (in their disputes) to the Taghoot (false judges, etc.) while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaitan (Satan) wishes to lead them far astray”

                    [an-Nisa’ 4:60].

Democracy is completely against Islam as discussed above and the argument finishes here.

                    • My beloved brother, as i said before…. Ok….. Let me make it more clear, different countries have different systems to run a country. But it is the public that decides, who is faithful to their country. So DEMOCRACY is only a public opinion….
How the country runs? it depends on their religion and the local culture…. But the driving force is of course RELIGION…

      • and some who vote for ‘qeemay walay’ naan and ‘baryani’.
        * I am NO WAY defending what the OP said nor I have anything against anyone :)

      • Those who have voted have sinned, if they die, they have died as an infidel, except the one who was forced to vote (in rural areas).
