On the occasion of the 71st Independence Day of Pakistan. Ufone is celebrating it with the essence of diversity and unity. The Pakistani Telecom Company takes pride in its roots as the country’s own brand that connects us with the spirit of “Pakistaniat”.
The company marked Independence Day celebrations through a series of events that took place during this week, starting August 7th, across all Ufone offices in Pakistan. The festivities included various activities including photo competitions, cultural dress days among others, giving employees a chance to honor and rejoice in the rich culture of the country. This was followed by elegant events in all major cities.
A minute of silence for martyrs of the country was observed and special prayers were offered for the whole of Pakistan. President and CEO Ufone, Rashid Khan hosted the internal employee event at the Company’s Headquarters at Ufone Tower Islamabad and gave a small motivational speech.
