Roughly 70% of Pakistan’s overall population is under the age of 30. This implies that Pakistan is largely a younger demographic with better access to information than ever before.
Since the breakthrough of some prominent startups in the country, Pakistan’s youth is waking up to the realization that perhaps a venture of their own is possible after all.
The entrepreneurial space in Pakistan is booming and without proper grooming and support, it is very difficult to make a significant impact; this is where UberPITCH steps in!
UberPITCH aims to provide a voice to all the budding entrepreneurs of the future. The competition will filter through hundreds and thousands of ideas from all across Pakistan and bring the best of thing of them to the spotlight.

What is UberPITCH?
Providing exposure, opportunity and a stage to voice their fresh ideas, the entrepreneurs have everything to gain and nothing to lose. The program will groom the future Pakistani entrepreneurs and equip them with everything they need to succeed.
UberPITCH is a collaborative project that encourages innovation within local startup communities to provide entrepreneurs with the resources they need to accelerate the growth of their ventures.
To ensure that the startups get the care they deserve, UberPITCH is powered by Ignite in collaboration with National Incubation Centres.
How Does UberPITCH Work?
In order to become a part of the competition, you first need to submit the application by clicking here.
Since it is a national competition, people from all across Pakistan can participate. In order to proceed, here’s a look at how UberPITCH works:
Round 1:
The applications will close on 8th September and soon after that, the top-20 startups from each city will qualify for the first round.
Round 2:
Once selected, the startups will be selected to go to PITCH camps in Quetta, Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Peshawar. Mentors such as Umair Jaliawala and Kamran Rizvi will be present at PITCH camps to help selected parties practice and polish their pitches.
Round 3 — Qualifier Round:
The startups will proceed to present their pitches to a panel of judges, who will assess the quality, functionality and application of the ideas.
Round 4 — Finding Investors:
The successful startups from Qualifier Round will then take a trip to convince some of the biggest investors in the industry. The winning startup will be awarded a once in a lifetime opportunity to collaborate with ArabNet.
