AutoSahulat Secures Pre-Seed Funding of $100,000

AutoSahulat is a mobile and web-based platform that connect mechanics with drivers for road-side assistance.

The Pakistani based startup with offices in Singapore and Lahore recently closed a pre-seed funding round of 100,000 USD through a startup generator and VC firm based in Singapore.

The Founders Mohsin Amjad and Ghazanfar Iqbal come with a cumulative experience of more than 20 years working in corporate sector. They started working on their idea under the umbrella of Telenor Group intrapreneurial program Ignite where they were selected from 106 teams to represent Telenor Pakistan on the global stage among 7 other teams.

After Ignite, both employees left Telenor to further pursue their entrepreneurial journey and were selected in the founder’s program run by Antler in Singapore.

The founders, in the two months boot camp, worked further to refine their idea before pitching it to Antler investment committee. They are the 1st Pakistani team to be funded by Antler to start building up their product.

Currently, the startup is operating in Lahore and is planning soon to expand nationwide. Their mobile app is available to download for Android.
