The CNG Association has announced a reduction in prices of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) by Rs. 5 per kilogram.
A notification was issued on Friday morning in this regard.
Chairman All Pakistan CNG Association, Ghayas Paracha, has confirmed that gas prices have been reduced.
He said all the CNG stations across the country have been advised to reduce the CNG prices as per notification.
The reduction in prices was in line with the decrease in gas prices in the global market.
The decision has come after LNG carrier arrived on Karachi port today.
Following the move, CNG stations across Punjab were also reopened after two weeks of closure.
The government was hopeful that it will also resume the supply of gas to power plants and would curb the gas load-shedding, as well.
It is a developing story, will be updated accordingly…
