Emaar is Offering Free Trade License in Dubai For Purchasing Its Apartments

A leading real estate company in Dubai is offering free trade license for the buyers of the recently launched 184-unit housing project.

Emaar Properties has partnered with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre to launch Dubai Hills Estate. The company offers a three-year renewable trade license worth Dh 130,000 (PKR 500,000 approx) for those who make 20 percent of the down payment.

Moreover, the buyers will also get a free three-year renewable family residency visa and 100 percent business ownership. On top of that, the owner can also apply for an employment visa on the basis of the business license.

Emaar Dubai’s official Twitter account made this announcement on Tuesday.

The project is primarily targeted at entrepreneurs and small businesses that opt to work-from-home or require home-based offices.

Previously, business owners had to produce an office tenancy contract as proof to get a trade license. But, with this offer, the owners can now do away with the need to rent office premises. All they have to do is to show their house Ejari certificate which they reportedly get after paying the down payment.

CEO of Allsopp & Allsopp Company, Lewis Allsopp was all praises about the project. He said:

It will give buyers the freedom to work flexible hours and perhaps set up a business they can run from home. The offer is exceedingly attractive to families with young children as it will give parents the option to spend more time at home and be flexible with child care.

The Cost

As per the official website of Emaar, a one-bedroom apartment costs below Dh 1 million (PKR 38.07 million) while the two-beds range from Dh 1.3 million to Dh 1.6 million (PKR 40.94 million to 60.9 million). The building is scheduled to be ready by 2021.
