Prince Ready to Launch Its 800cc Pearl REX7 Hatchback in Pakistan

Regal Automobiles and DFSK Group of China are all set to launch their brand new 800cc hatchback in competition with Suzuki Mehran and the United Bravo.

The companies have inked an agreement in this regard, according to which, the new entry-level car will be introduced in the first half of the ongoing year with the brand name Prince Pearl REX7. The company is already selling LCV’s all over Pakistan under this brand name.

Insider reports confirmed that the cars have already arrived in Pakistan and are currently being tested on the roads.

Sources also said that Prince Pearl will come in two different variants – an automatic and manual version – with a top speed of around 120-130km/h.

The car will come with 40 hp at 5,500rpm and 60 Nm of torque. The length of the vehicle is expected to be 3610mm with a width of 1570mm and height of 1490mm. The wheelbase of the car is 2345mm.

The car is expected to fall within the 7-8 lac price range – a category Suzuki Mehran has been ruling for decades.

            yeah you’re right. i guess its good to know that rear-cams can be separately attached in cars now, very useful features, especially considering the sort of traffic you can face in Pakistan.

  • What a sad state of affairs. Non of the major automobile manufacturers are interested in launching in Pakistan. Instead you have these second string ones. Who will risk their money buying a car from this unknown company?

    • its not unknown company, its regal automobiles partners with DFSK already selling LCVs as mentioned in the article, it has set the reputation for itself

    • united ne nahi torri, suzuki ne jab discontinue kardi thi tab to unho ne launch ki hai., suzuki walay to kabse mar rahy hain Alto lanay ke liye, jab non filers pe ban laga tabse mehran ki sales kharab hui hai, lekin united ne to kuch bhi nahi kia, unho ne to 100 units bhi deliver nahi kiye abhi, sirf lahore main bech rhy hain to itni barri company ki monopoly khatam karny ke liye itna chota sa operation kuch bhi nahi hota, ye sab kehny ki batain hain..
