  • Wateen – Once the pioneer in Wi-Max technologies, personally attended their sales meeting but unfortunately it’s in the hand of some who never wiling to work.
After sales services were ZERO ! Customer complaint 100’s time but no one listen- for resolution, technical person visits from Lahore to Islamabad for resolution.
Naeem Zamindar, Tiwana- don’t their credibility but unfortunately, they failed to deliver for what they’re pay for.
Now PTCL Ex- CBSO Adil Rashid – Unfortuntely, PTCL After privatization still having Govt Culture, Complaint to 1218/Care – Respected PTA COMPLAINT Cell is of no use. Complaint to PTA again route to PTCL for resolution – as reaction- customer suffers more with unlimited issues.
Wish Adil Rashid proved himself for the seat he hired for and expectations are too much for Wateen Revival to get it’s naeem with pride back in Market.

    • Totally one sided post. Adil Rashid is a seasoned professional who has extensive experience. He was only recently promoted to top cadre within PTCL and cannot blamed for issues arising out of ptcl privatization which happened now over 15 years ago.

So let’s give this guy a chance. Wateen was destroyed during the loot and plunder of Tariq Malik and the cronies Bashir Tahir, Pervaiz Shahid.
