The Board of Directors of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, in its meeting held on April 12, 2019, has appointed Syed Dilawar Abbas as Chairman/Director of the Company in place of Muhammad Saeed Mehdi with immediate effect.
This was disclosed in a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
However, Muhammad Saeed Mehdi will continue to act as Director of the Company, stated the statement issued by the company on Friday. Moreover, the board also accepted the resignation of Mohammad Aamir Qawi.
Syed Dilawar Abbas is a Former Senator and currently the Patron of the Pakistan Tennis Federation.
