Realme X is all ready for its launch in the Chinese market on 15th May (Wednesday). Just ahead of its launch, the company’s CMO, Xu Qi, shared the live images and renders of the phone, showing key design elements of the phone.
The phone’s launch is already backed up by a number of leaks which is why we are familiar with the phone’s design and its specifications. The official images were posted on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo and include a poster and some shots of the phone in blue and white.
Starting with the poster, it shows the leaked pop-up selfie camera feature. We all know Realme is moving towards a full-screen design with its flagship and the poster shows that the phone will feature a large screen to body ratio. It also shows that the phone will feature a gradient design with an S-shaped pattern on it.
After some time, in a separate post, the company posted product shots of the upcoming Realme X. The images in this post show the two color options Realme brings. In the images, we can also see the placement of volume and power buttons.
As for the rumored/leaked specifications, the handset will feature a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC paired with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB built-in memory.
Realme X will run on ColorOS 6.0 UI flavored Android 9.0 Pie and will be backed by a 3680 mAh battery. It will feature a dual-sensor rear camera set up with a 48 MP + 5 MP combination and a 16 MP single sensor for the pop-up selfie camera.
