Sindh government has decided to pay the salaries of its employees before Eid-ul-Fitr 2019.
The advance salary will help out the employees and their families prior to the Eid.
A statement from the Provincial Finance Ministry said on Wednesday that it will release salaries of employees under Sindh government, all autonomous corporations, and local councils on May 31.
The statement said that it will also issue pensions of the retired employees before Eid.
According to the Meteorological Department, the holy month of Ramadan is expected to end on June 4 and the first day of Eid-ul-Fitr is likely to fall on June 5.
