You’ve all been through the process of never-ending recruitment sessions, spamming the job fairs with your brilliant resumes, and finally getting around to quick-fix your LinkedIn profiles. One assessment after the other and the excruciating process never seems to end.
To beat the conventional methods of assessment, Fatima Group took a plunge this year to revolutionize and transform ways to evaluate candidates across Pakistan – no wonder the goal is to onboard the smartest talent in town that calls to incorporate smart challenges and brain-teasing activities.
Empower to Lead (E2L) is a purpose-built program based on a well-defined and thought-through competency model. This year’s program was a blend of evaluation and fun, making it more interactive and less stressful. The candidates were put through engaging activities like creative role-plays, real-life case studies and finally meeting with experts from diversified streams. This expedition not only gave exposure to the candidates but also familiarized them with life at Fatima.
Compared to last year, Fatima claims a remarkable increase of 56% applicants who participated in the campaign which is in line with its ambition to become an employer of choice. This doesn’t come as a surprise as just last year Fatima Group was named as one of the Top Employers of 2018 for its excellent work environment for prospective employees.
