Huawei Mate 30 Pro Will Have a 90Hz Display, 6 Cameras: Rumors

With all the doom and gloom surrounding Huawei, it’s about time we heard some good news. With the Mate 30 due in October, we’re getting our first bit of leaks/rumors about the upcoming flagship.

Renders of the phone have shown up online with a concept video showing what the phone will look like. Other than that, we’ve also heard that the Mate 30 might have a 90Hz display.

90Hz Display

It looks like Mate 30 Pro will derive one of its main features from OnePlus 7 Pro. Just like OnePlus 7 Pro, the phone will feature a display with a 90Hz refresh rate for its Super AMOLED display. This is one of the highest refresh rates available. The renders also show a cut edge technology being featured, However, we are unsure if this is true.

The renders show curved edges and a pill-shaped punch hole on the top left that houses the dual sensor selfie camera.

At the back, it has a rectangular island housing four cameras and an LED flash in a V formation. Camera wise, the phone is rumored to feature 5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom.

Tech Specs

According to some online sources, Mate 30 Pro will be powered by the Kirin 985 SoC and a Bailong 5000 5G modem.

The whole package will be allegedly fueled by a 4200 mAh battery with 55W SuperCharge tech.

The renders reveal that Mate 30 Pro will come in Gold White, Blue, Chrome White, Classic Blue, Black, Red, and Classic Red colors, but again, we don’t know if any of the rumors are true.
