New Leak Reveals Sony Xperia 20 Will be Launching Soon

The Sony Xperia 20 was spotted on the US FCC certification website today, hinting that the smartphone might be ready to hit the market.

The FCC documents were spotted by a Twitter user named Makul Sharma. They don’t reveal anything substantial, but they do make it clear that the phone might be nearing its launch.

The listing reveals that the Xperia 20 is certified to launch in the US market and is going to have a model name ‘PY7-26817E’

Rumored Specifications

Thanks to a previous leak that surfaced this week, we already know some of its key specifications.

Sony Xperia 20 is going to be powered by the Snapdragon 710 SoC and will be paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. It is expected to come in 64GB and 128GB memory variants. The screen is going to be 6 inches with a Full HD+ IPS display and a 21:9 aspect ratio.

For the cameras, the phone will reportedly be sporting a dual primary camera setup with a combination of two 12-megapixel sensors. On the front, the device will feature a single camera with an unknown sensor.

We expect that the Xperia 20 and the 20 Plus will be revealed alongside the Xperia 2 at the IFA show in September.
