Islamabad Police has started sharing its daily activities and performance on social media platforms to let the citizens know what they have been up to and to get feedback from people through their comments.
This initiative will be very helpful in increasing the popularity of the force and building the citizens’ trust in their police. The recent posts inform the citizens about the Summer School Camp arranged by the capital police.

Another post has been shared about the initiative of ‘Pehly Salama Phir Kalam’ launched by the IGP Islamabad with an aim to transform the infamous police culture.

The department also reveals its achievements of the day. Recently, it told about its timely action against the land grabbers. The capital police acted immediately when reported of a firing incident. It arrested seven suspects and registered cases against them while recovering heavy weaponry and ammunition from the site.
