  • Why not work with LUMS and NUST to develop e governance and ICT for the govt. The students have the smarts to develop this infrastructure. The incubators are there. All they need is money. Must you hand everything to foreigners?

  • Huawei is a company specializes with Telecom equipment and has no strong footprint or portfolio of e-governance platform and services. The Minister and Secretary should bring the local academia and industry to put together a policy frame work – why a foreign company be used for putting e-governance in pakistan ?
