Hyundai Nishat Motors has finally launched the highly anticipated Ioniq Hybrid in Pakistan, priced at Rs. 6.4 million.
The company has opened pre-booking for Ioniq Hybrid and only 50% payment is required in advance. The delivery time of the vehicle will be confirmed to each customer separately at the time of the pre-booking.
In the local market, Toyota Prius will be Ioniq Hybrid’s main competitor, which is also priced in the same region as the newly launched vehicle by Hyundai.
According to official reports, Hyundai has decided to launch a single variant of Ioniq Hybrid in Pakistan and it will be directly imported from Korea.
It is worth adding that since the vehicle will be a CBU, the company will provide a warranty of 4 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
The vehicle comes with 1.6L Hybrid with 6-Speed EcoShift Dual Clutch Transmission, capable of producing 139 hp.
The Ioniq Hybrid is equipped with 240V lithium-ion polymer battery and has Blind Spot Detection (BSD) with Rear Cross-traffic Alert (RCTA) and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB).
It is worth pointing out that in 2019, Ioniq Hybrid was voted as IIHS’ Top Safety Pick for the variant which is equipped with Automatic Emergency Braking and HID headlights.
Here is a list of all the features Ioniq Hybrid offers:

flop. hyundai is nowhere near toyota. extremely highly priced
Unable to understand the strategy to launch such a high priced car in the beginning rather than launching a 1000CC that market needs.
Good luck selling even a single unit of this!
Price to mush high… And not a single air bag for safety… Hyundai Ioniq needs more upgrades… If the company wants to sell this car in pakistan
This car is in the same category as a Toyota Prius and in the UK, it costs £19,672 (Rs. 3,780,681.27) to £23,137 (Rs. 4,448,198.67) for the hybrid only versions (there are plugin hybrid (similar to BMW i8) and ev (similar to a Tesla) versions available too which are slightly more expensive), how did these Jokers get to this price? I mean Pakistan is supposed to be a developing country and common sense dictated that things should be cheaper here compared to the US or Europe, not the other way around but here we are… This is completely ridiculous.
Page didn’t mention that 7 airbags are included maybe competitors se paisa lia ho
Hyundai is very famous brand around the globe but it is very unfortunate it is not in good hands in Pakistan.
Soon they left again from Pakistan.
