Chinese phone makers can’t seem to catch a break. Vivo recently unveiled the U10 mid-ranger smartphone back in September. This smartphone is known as Vivo U3x in China and a recent teaser from the company suggests that the U3x might be getting a successor soon.
The Vivo U3 is going to be another budget-friendly mid-range smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 675 SoC. Appearance-wise, it is going to be identical to the Vivo U3x/U10.

The teaser only shows the plastic back panel of the device in blue. The primary camera setup consists of 3 lenses and an LED flash, all arranged in a vertical layout in the top left corner.
There is going to be a physical fingerprint scanner and Vivo’s brand name in the bottom left corner. The power and volume buttons are on the right side, and the bottom holds a USB Type C connector, a speaker grille, a headphone jack, and microphones.
Rumored Specifications
Vivo hasn’t revealed any other specifications, but a recent TENAA listing suggests that the phone will have a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch. It will have 4GB/6GB of RAM with 128GB storage.
The camera setup will include a 16MP main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor unit. The front-facing camera will be 16 megapixels. Battery capacity will be 5,000 mAh.
Vivo U3 will be up for pre-orders on October 21 with a rumored price tag of $140. We will keep you updated about the U3.

The Vivo with a reputation of being No.3 in the world from China being rated as Huawei, Oppo, Vivo is No.3 the world. As a new brand with premium feature product it can only be incompetetion if it is assembled locally by passing the duty of Imported to a subsidy for the local SKD kit, for only assembly. Vivo should consider the suggestion for a competetive for the Pak Rupee in todays devalued currency. Make it 40% if its assembled locally.
Vivo and Realme are able to release phones that beat Xiaomi in value. Good Competition!
