Ignite National Technology Fund is inviting applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
The non-profit government entity advertised the vacancy on Sunday, seeking applications from dynamic individuals with credentials and a concrete vision to lead the organization’s progress.
As per the advertisement, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or any ICT disciplines.
It requires people with at least 15 years of professional experience with at least five years at a relevant senior management/decision-making position.
The organization has also shared the skill-set it wishes to see in the aspiring candidates. The candidates must be:
People smart – should have excellent people management skills.
Word smart – should have excellent communication skills to interact with both senior and junior level leadership.
Experienced – Should have extensive industry experiences, such as managing tech-based entrepreneurship or incubation/innovation or startups.
