Ghandhara Industries Limited has launched a facelift version of its Isuzu D-Max to give it a more sporty look. Launched in 2018, the Isuzu D-Max offers pickup truck lovers with a very decent option as it gives tough time to its competitor, Toyota Hilux.
Facelift variant comes only in the premium variant, V-Cross, with a 3.0 Liter engine.

Exterior
When it comes to the exterior, a number of changes have been made to make it look more stylish. It comes in five colors including black, red, grey, titanium silver, and super white. The new features in the exterior are as follows:
- New front grille design
- Bi-LED headlights with DRLs (Daytime Running Lights)
- 18-inch alloy rims
- Fog lamp garnish design
- Blacked-out b-pillar film door
- Side step
The facelift variant comes equipped with chrome tailgate and door handles and electrically adjustable/foldable chrome-plated side mirrors have LED turn signals. There are front and rear mudguards as well.
Interior
A few changes have also been made to the interior with an improved dash panel with new soft-touch materials. Passive Entry and Start System (PESS), leather seats, backseat charging port, cruise control, Â 8-inch infotainment system with GPS functionality and 8 speakers and the smart climate control all make the car more comfortable.
Power
Isuzu D-Max sports a 3.0L in-line 4-cylinder turbo intercooler diesel engine which can produce 120 kW (160 bhp) of power and 380 Nm of torque. The engine can be paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission with a sequential shift or a 5-speed manual transmission and it comes equipped with a direct-injection electronic common rail fuel system.
Safety
In addition to immobilizer and driver and passenger side dual airbags, the D-Max comes with a plethora of safety features that keep you safe even on rugged terrains. The safety features are listed below:
- Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS)
- Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD)
- Brake Assist (BA)
- Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
- Traction Control System (TCS)
- Hill Start Assist (HSA)
- Hill Descent Control (HDC)
There are ventilated disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear.
