Just like TCS’s Hazir Service, which never actually delivers the item on the specified time.
However, conveniently their tracking will show the correct time to make it look like they did.
Leopards is 10x worse than TCS so I doubt they will be able to actually fulfill their promises. Just another excuse to charge more for pathetic service.
