WhatsApp is Finally Getting a Much Needed Feature

According to a recent report by WABetainfo, WhatsApp’s latest beta update version number 2.20.202.7 shows that the famous instant messaging application will get in-app support, which will make it easier for users to contact the support team in case of any issue.

The current version of WhatsApp does not allow users to contact the support team via the application. Instead, users have to send an email to [email protected], which is an inconvenience for many. Moreover, it takes time before the team can respond.

However, with the new update, users will simply be able to message the support team like in most IM applications, including Telegram. After the update, when the user sends a message to the support team, they will get an option to include the device information as well.

When a response is available, they will get a reply in a chat. The completed tickets will be automatically marked as closed according to the report.

Over the past few months, WhatsApp has been gaining a number of new features. Although these updates are new for WhatsApp, they are not exactly new to the world of IM applications. We have already seen most of these features in Telegram and similar applications.

As far as the update roll-out is concerned, we are not sure when it will be coming to the stable version.
