So during the hustle-bustle of Blessed Friday, JOMO came up with their Mega sale and ran an up to 50% off campaign for 9 days! As expected, the phenomenal services and authentic product range did not budge! The campaign allowed the customers to place an order, try the products at their home, and make the final purchase. The team wanted to change how people experience online shopping or shopping in general, in Pakistan, and their Head of Marketing, Roshan Ejaz, has an insight regarding this:

“JOMO Mega Sale is the biggest event of this year for us and we wanted to make sure we deliver on our promise and establish ourselves as the revolutionary e-commerce company in the market. We wanted to give the best to our customers during this sale in terms of product assortment, discounts (site-wide, well throughout discounting), website experience, timely delivery, and best-in-class customer service.”

What Did They Want To Do?

With the Blessed Friday campaign, team JOMO wanted to make sure that the customers across Pakistan know that the e-commerce experience doesn’t always have to be confusing. JOMO wanted people to experience seamless shopping during the noisiest sale event of the year by offering clutter-breaking services & products. Another significant thing that the team JOMO wanted to focus on was reducing the delivery time.

Mostly, what happens is during the sales events is that the brands focus on taking orders and tell their customers that due to the high volume it will take a few weeks for them to get the order. While keeping the customer feedback and interest in mind, further deals and discounts were announced on the high-achieving products so more and more people can get their hands on their favorite products. Even with an extremely high order volume in 9 days, JOMO managed to deliver 98% of the orders on the promised time.

The best part of it all? The hard work and performance of JOMO can be gauged by the fact that around 99% of the customers were delighted and dropped positive reviews on social media about their experience.
