Gallup Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International Association, has revealed that a significant proportion of the Pakistani population thinks that Coronavirus is a foreign conspiracy and is skeptical of getting vaccinated.
According to the survey, 51% of Pakistanis believe that the Coronavirus is a foreign conspiracy and are against getting vaccinated for COVID-19.

Titled “Coronavirus Attitude Tracker”, the survey was conducted on telephones in which more than 1,000 Pakistanis participated from all provinces.
When asked whether the threat of Coronavirus is being exaggerated, 35% of Pakistanis strongly agreed and 24% strongly disagreed with the question.

Around 31% of the Pakistani population fears that they or someone in their household will get infected by Coronavirus while 39% believe that they and their families will not get infected by Coronavirus.
Nearly 29% of the Pakistani population becomes apprehensive when people around them are not wearing masks in public places while 25% do not bother whether people around are wearing masks or not.
