Xiaomi is expected to follow in the footsteps of Apple once again with its upcoming Redmi Note 10 series. A leak from earlier had shown that the Redmi Note 10 series may include a base Note 10, the Note 10 Pro, and the Note 10 Pro Max, similar to Apple’s recent iPhone lineups.
This is the first time we will get to see a Pro Max device from Xiaomi and a newer leak has revealed additional specifications for it. The report comes from 91Mobiles in collaboration with the notable tipster Ishan Agarwal.
The report mentions that the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max will offer two memory configurations including 6GB/128 GB and 8GB/128 GB. It will also have up to three color variants Blue, Black, and Bronze. As the name says, the Pro Max model will be the most premium handset in the lineup.
The RAM and storage options in this leak match with a previous report from last week which also mentioned the Snapdragon 768G SoC. This SoC also featured on the Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition last year in China. Other than that, the Note 10 Pro Max may also have a 120Hz display, a 108MP camera setup, and super-fast charging on top of a 5,050 mAh battery cell. The presence of the Snapdragon 768G chip shows that it will also have 5G support.
Xiaomi is scheduled to unveil the Redmi Note 10 series on March 4 in China, but the Pro Max may not show up at this event.
