Huawei P50 Pro Leak Reveals a Bizarre Looking Camera and Ultra Thin Bezels [Images]

Back in December last year notable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer, also known as OnLeaks, shared CAD renders of the Huawei P50 Pro showing off a small glimpse of the phone. The leakster is now back with another set of renders, this time revealing the entire design of the P50 Pro from the front as well as the back.

The rear panel is made out of glass and has a metallic frame and there is a horrendous-looking camera island in the top left corner. This camera setup has two massive cutouts inside a larger oval-shaped module which also includes an LED flash. Though it is not clearly shown, it is likely that this setup will hold four cameras.

The top and bottom of the phone have flat edges similar to older Huawei phones including the Mate 30 series, P30, and P Smart 2021.

The dimensions of this handset are 159 x 73 x 8.6mm and it measures 10.3mm thick due to the massive camera bump. The front has a 6.6-inch display with curved edges and a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera. The display bezels are super thin.

The display will be an OLED panel with a fingerprint sensor underneath. The top edge has a speaker and an IR blaster and the bottom edge has a speaker. Rumor has it that the Huawei P50 series will go official on April 17.
