Realme is planning to launch the first Dimensity powered smartphone, i.e., the X9 Pro, in China soon. Recently, images of the smartphone’s Master Edition were leaked by the Chinese tipster WHYLAB on Weibo revealing a Realme X2 Pro Master Edition-like design. According to the images, the smartphone will come with the same cement finish we saw on the X2 Pro in 2019.
Moreover, the handset is built around a 6.55-inch curved display with a punch-hole at the top left corner and a 90 Hz refresh rate. On top of being the first phone with MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200, this will also be the first phone by Realme that comes with a curved display.
On the back, it houses three cameras that are stacked vertically along with a pill-shaped LED flash.
The leaker also revealed that the handset packs a 4500 mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging. Moreover, he claims that the phone has a plastic frame and a thickness of 7.8 millimeters.
Realme X9 Pro appears to be one of the two Dimensity 1200 phones being made by the company. The other is Realme GT Neo which was teased at the launch of the vanilla Snapdragon 888-powered Realme GT earlier this month. Realme has not revealed the launch date info for either of the smartphones.
