Govt Yet to Issue Vaccination Cards Despite Mass Inoculation Drive

Despite vaccinating more than 30,000 people against Coronavirus, healthcare authorities in the federal capital have not yet issued COVID-19 vaccination cards.

Healthcare authorities in Punjab and Sindh have already been issuing vaccination cards to individuals who are being immunized against Coronavirus.

A COVID-19 vaccination card issued in Punjab carries the person’s credentials along with the vaccine’s name, its batch number, and the date of vaccination.

National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) will soon launch a portal from where people will be able to download vaccination cards after getting inoculated against COVID-19.

The portal will be integrated into the website of the National Immunization Management System (NIMS) from where vaccination cards will be downloaded by just entering CNIC numbers.
