Islamabad Police Launches its Public Communication Campaign #HumSabKaIslamabad

In an attempt to make the capital city safer, Islamabad Police has launched its public communication campaign #HumSabKaIslamabad.

In order to accelerate the efforts of Islamabad Police in making the city a better place, #HumSabKaIslamabad is a pre-Ramadan initiative to engage the citizens in productive police activates. By conducting activities with citizens as a major pillar of progress, Islamabad Police aims to redefine their public communication strategy in an efficient and trustworthy manner.

The campaign was launched on the directions of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Qazi Jamil-ur-Rehman and vows to provide the citizens with a safer capital city by enhancing the relationship between the public and the police.

Making Islamabad the safest city for its citizens has always been the top priority of Islamabad Police. Prior to this, initiatives such as the Safe City project to ensure speedy identification of suspects, deployment of police guides at police stations to facilitate visitors, employment of modern technology drones for surveillance and patrolling, the installation of panic buttons for media houses, and the introduction of street watchers to reduce crimes were taken very seriously by the Islamabad Police.

These continuous and innovative efforts of Islamabad Police to ensure the protection of lives and the reduction of crimes are a clear indication that the safety of its citizens remains the paramount priority of Islamabad Police. #HumSabKaIslamabad campaign is another significant step towards the enhancement of an effective experience between the citizens of Islamabad and its police force.

Along with redefining communications, Islamabad Police under the able guidance of IG Qazi Jamil-ur-Rehman is launching a number of initiatives to transform Islamabad into the safest and crime-free city for its citizens and tourists.
