Pakistan Witnesses Record Night Temperatures

The people of Karachi observed the hottest night in six years as the night temperature persisted at 32.5 degrees Celsius for the first time since 2015. This was due to the lack of sea breeze under the influence of tropical cyclone Tauktae.

The impact of the intense heatwave was felt throughout the day as the temperature remained around 40 degrees even after the sunset.
