Nothing Ear (1) TWS Earbuds Launched with ANC, Wireless Charging, and More

UK-based Nothing has finally launched its first product. The Nothing Ear 1 TWS Earbuds are here with an iconic transparent design and several high-end features such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), water resistance, and more.

The transparent design makes these earbuds stand out from the rest. The charging case and the earbuds are made out of clear plastic which not only lets you see through the case but shows a peek at the internals of the buds as well.

These earbuds have a single 11.6mm dynamic driver and support SBC and AAC codecs with Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. Each earbud also has gesture controls for controlling playback, rejecting and accepting calls, switching between ANC modes, and more.

Speaking of ANC modes, there are different levels of noise cancellation on each earbud. There is a transparency mode that lets you hear your surroundings without having to take the earbuds off or you can just turn ANC off entirely to enjoy more battery life.

The battery life is 4 hours with ANC and 5.7 hours without it, though the case can increase it to 34 hours in total. The case can be charged through the USB C port or wirelessly with a Qi-certified charger.

The earbuds can be paired with iOS and Android devices and there is also an app that controls all its gesture controls and other features.

The Nothing Ear 1 earbuds will be available around the globe for $99 starting August 17.
