The UAE government has once again revised travel guidelines for Dubai residents holding valid residency permits belonging to six countries where passenger entry remains suspended, including Pakistan.
According to details, Dubai residents from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, and Uganda are no longer required to submit COVID-19 vaccination certificates for entering the emirate.

However, Dubai residency permit holders belonging to these six countries must fulfill the following conditions before entering the emirate.

UAE nationals will remain exempted from the first three requirements but must take the COVID-19 PCR test after arriving in Dubai.
All other passengers, except for UAE nationals and Dubai residents, who have been to Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, and Uganda in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter Dubai.
