AirSial Announces Walk-In Interviews for Female Cabin Crew

AirSial has announced walk-in interviews for female cabin crew positions in Peshawar, offering a starting monthly salary of Rs. 100,000 along with additional benefits.

The airline will hold the recruitment drive on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm.

The interviews will take place at Serena Hotel on Khyber Road, Peshawar. Selected candidates will be based at AirSial’s Peshawar station.

Applicants must attend the interview in business attire.

AirSial Cabin Crew Eligibility Requirements

AirSial is seeking unmarried female candidates between the ages of 18 and 25.

Applicants must have completed Intermediate or A-Levels. They must also be at least 5 feet 2 inches tall, while their weight should fall within the appropriate body mass index range.

The airline has also listed strong communication skills in English and Urdu as a key requirement.

Candidates should have good interpersonal skills and a well-groomed personality, as cabin crew members regularly interact with passengers and represent the airline during flights.

Documents Required for the Walk-In Interview

Applicants must bring their original CNIC along with a photocopy.

They should also carry one recent passport-sized colour photograph, an updated resume and copies of their Matric and Intermediate or A-Level certificates.

Candidates do not appear to need prior registration, as AirSial is conducting the recruitment process through walk-in interviews.

However, applicants should arrive early and carry all required documents to avoid delays during the screening process.

Salary and Benefits

AirSial said the position offers a starting salary package of Rs. 100,000 per month.

The airline will also provide additional perks and benefits. However, the recruitment notice does not provide further details about allowances, travel benefits or the employment contract.
