Oppo Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition is Launching on September 16

Oppo Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition was only a rumor last week, but it has now been confirmed by the company itself. Oppo has announced a launch event for September 16 where it will be unveiling Color OS 12 and two new smartphones including the OPPO K9 Pro and OPPO Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition.

The poster for the launch event also confirms the Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition’s design. It is the exact same design we have already seen in leaks over the past week.

The phone has a dual-tone design with a metallic finish at the top and a leather back at the bottom. You can also see Kodak’s logo next to the main camera setup. Other than that, the appearance is identical to the standard Oppo Find X3 Pro. It will be a limited edition phone that will arrive in a special box in China.

It is unclear whether it will make it to the international market.

The poster below shows the special box the phone will come in. It will include a USB C charger, wireless earbuds, a wrist strap for the phone, a phone case, and a promo card, all in the phone’s color scheme.

Oppo and Kodak are working together for this phone’s camera setup. It is expected to feature the same 50MP main camera on the standard Oppo Find X3 Pro. Oppo has not revealed what sort of enhancements we will get to see, but it is clear that this phone is meant to pay tribute to one of Kodak’s classic cameras.
