LDA Conducts Operation Against Over a Dozen Illegal Housing Societies in Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) continued its crackdown on illegal housing schemes and land subdivisions in Lahore. The LDA Private Housing Schemes Directorate demolished the infrastructure of more than 12 illegal housing schemes and land subdivisions on Manhala Road and its surroundings.

During the operation, LDA teams dismantled offices, gates, sewerage systems, roads, and other permanent structures belonging to Al-Fatah Associate, Royal Palm Society, Hajveri Garden Phase Two, Al-Hamd Meadows, New Abadi Nathoki, Manhala Valley, Manhala Residencia, New Abadi Manhala, Al-Haram Meadows, and others.

The operation was supervised by the Director of Private Housing Schemes Asadullah Cheema and carried out by the enforcement squad with the assistance of police and heavy machinery. LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed the continuation of indiscriminate operations against illegal housing schemes and land subdivisions in Lahore.
