On Wednesday, the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) announced an extension of the deadline for the submission of forms for the renewal and affiliation of schools with the board.
According to BSEK officials, the deadline for submitting application forms for the renewal of affiliation for the academic year 2024-25, as well as for new affiliations with the BSEK, has been extended to August 30, 2024. This extension is granted without the imposition of any late fees, providing schools additional time to complete their applications.
Board chairman Syed Sharaf Ali Shah highlighted that this extension is intended to support schools in meeting the necessary requirements and ensure they can continue their operations smoothly. He stressed the importance of adhering to this new deadline, as no further extensions will be granted beyond August 30, 2024, without incurring late fees. Shah urged all concerned schools to take advantage of this extended period to submit their forms on time and avoid any future complications.
The BSEK is committed to facilitating schools in maintaining their affiliation and ensuring that they comply with the board’s regulations. This measure is part of the board’s ongoing efforts to support educational institutions in Karachi and promote a structured and efficient academic environment for students.
