The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) continued its crackdown on illegal constructions and unauthorized commercial properties in the city, sealing 14 additional properties on Friday.
Acting on the directives of LDA Director General Tahir Farooq, teams carried out operations in Allama Iqbal Town and Mustafa Town, where they sealed and demolished over a dozen properties involved in illegal constructions and unauthorized commercial activities. Among the properties targeted were electric stores, private banks, steel stores, and other businesses operating without proper authorization.
The LDA had previously issued multiple notices to the owners of these properties before taking action. This operation is part of the LDA’s ongoing efforts to enforce regulations and eliminate illegal constructions across Lahore.
