Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy S24 FE is expected to inherit the familiar design of its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 FE, as revealed by a fresh batch of leaked renders.
The images showcase the upcoming phone in four eye-catching colors: blue, Graphite, green, and yellow. While a white variant is also rumored to be in the works, it’s notably absent from this leak.
The renders suggest that Samsung is sticking to the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” philosophy with the S24 FE’s design. The overall aesthetic appears nearly identical to the S23 FE, with even minute details like the LED flash placement remaining unchanged.
While the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE might appear visually similar to its predecessor, it’s rumored to pack some noteworthy upgrades under the hood. One of the key differentiators will be a flat aluminum frame, contributing to a sleek and premium feel. The side bezels are said to be an impressively thin 1.99 mm, maximizing the screen-to-body ratio. The back of the device will reportedly retain a glass construction.
The S24 FE is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 1080p display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1,900 nits for excellent outdoor visibility, and the added protection of Gorilla Glass Victus+. Powering the device will be an underclocked version of Samsung’s Exynos 2400 chipset, striking a balance between performance and efficiency.
In terms of photography, the S24 FE is rumored to sport a capable triple-camera system. This includes a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. Charging capabilities are said to be unchanged from its predecessor, with support for 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging.
If Samsung follows its usual release cadence, the Galaxy S24 FE could debut in October, following in the footsteps of the S23 FE’s launch last year.
