Karachi Announces Matric Exam Form Submission Schedule

The schedule for submitting 9th-grade annual exam forms in Karachi has been announced. Forms can be submitted without a late fee between September 9 and October 18, 2024. This schedule applies to all schools under the Government, Municipal Corporation, and Labor Department.

According to the Board Chairman, schools affiliated with the Government, Municipal Corporation, and Health Department are eligible to submit exam forms free of charge. Exam forms for Science and General Group (Regular) students must be submitted to the Board’s Accounts Section, along with a photocopy of the questionnaire provided by the Practical Section.

Private students can collect exam forms from designated banks or board office booths. Once verified by the relevant section, the forms can be submitted. Educational institutions affiliated with the Board can also obtain forms from National Bank, Askari Commercial Bank, United Bank Limited, and Board Office Booths.

Late fees will apply as follows:

• Rs. 200 from October 21 to October 31
• Rs. 500 from November 1 to November 15
• Rs. 800 from November 18 to November 29
• Rs. 1,200 from December 2 to December 13
• Rs. 1,500 from December 16 to December 31
• Rs. 1,800 from January 1, 2025, to January 15, 2025.
