People Tricked into Paying Millions for Non-Existent Jobs in Pakistan Railways

A major fraud in Pakistan Railways has been uncovered, revealing a fake recruitment scandal where individuals were deceived into paying large sums for non-existent jobs. According to details, victims were falsely hired and assigned duties at various locations, including Lahore Railway Station and the Diesel Shed.

Sources revealed that those affected were given fake appointment letters and made to perform tasks, believing they were employed by Pakistan Railways. The scam resulted in millions being extorted from hopeful job-seekers.

The Railway Police in Lahore have registered a case against several suspects involved in the scheme. Among those named are Arsalan, Iftikhar Ahmed, a Station Master, a clerk, and Platform Inspector Usman. The suspects have reportedly fled with the money.

It is reported that financial transactions related to the scam happened in Iftikhar Ahmed’s office at the Lahore Railway Station. Arsalan, a private individual and associate of Iftikhar, played a significant role in the fraud.

The scandal surfaced when victims, after working for a month, demanded their wages. Realizing the deception, they lodged complaints with authorities, leading to the case being registered. The Railway Police have begun raids to capture those involved.
