The Ehsaas Hunar Scheme, implemented through Akhuwat Microfinance, offers interest-free loans of up to Rs. 500,000 to skilled youth for entrepreneurial ventures. With Rs. 2 billion allocated this fiscal year, the program aims to support over 35,000 individuals in starting their own businesses.

The Rural Economic Transformation Project, launched in partnership with IFAD and the European Union, is set to provide free technical training to 60,000 rural youth, including women. Additionally, financial aid of $300 per person will be offered to 42,000 skilled individuals to promote self-employment.

The technical education upgrade program will transform two colleges in Abbottabad and Nowshera into Centres of Excellence while improving 22 institutions into model institutes. The on-the-job training initiative, worth Rs. 177 million, will place 3,000 TEVTA graduates in internships, with Rs. 15,000 monthly stipends.
