Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the governor of Tabuk, arrived in Dalbandin on Tuesday aboard a special plane.
During his month-long stay, the Saudi prince and his team plan to hunt Houbara bustards in an area designated for the royal family.
Upon his arrival at the airport, provincial ministers Mir Sadiq Umrani and Mir Asim Kurd Gello, along with other officials, welcomed him. A police contingent presented a guard of honor to the distinguished guest.
In a brief exchange with the ministers, government officials, and local dignitaries, Prince Fahd praised the enduring Pakistan-Saudi ties, describing Dalbandin and Chagai as his second home. He expressed gratitude for the local community’s hospitality and spoke warmly of his affection for them.
Following the reception, the prince departed in a large convoy to the Bartagazi desert, where he would hunt Houbara bustards.
