ODI Rankings: Saim Ayub Surges

In the ODI batting rankings, Pakistan’s rising talent Saim Ayub made headlines with an astonishing leap of 57 places to secure 23rd position. The left-hander was instrumental in Pakistan’s commanding 3-0 series win over South Africa, earning the Player of the Series title after scoring two brilliant centuries. Ayub’s tally now stands at 597 points, signaling his emergence as a force in white-ball cricket.

Captain Mohammad Rizwan also climbed up the ladder, improving to 21st with 612 points, while vice-captain Salman Ali Agha rose 28 spots to claim 80th after consistent contributions in the lower middle order.

On the flip side, Abdullah Shafique endured a nightmare series, registering three consecutive ducks. His poor form saw him plummet 21 places to 98th. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s experienced duo, Fakhar Zaman and Imam-ul-Haq, each slipped a spot, dropping to 17th and 19th, respectively.

At the top of the ODI batting rankings, Babar Azam continues to reign supreme with an unwavering hold on the No. 1 spot. India’s Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill remain in second and third positions, respectively.

Bowling Rankings: Shaheen Afridi Slides as Naseem Shah Climbs

In the ODI bowling rankings, Shaheen Afridi dropped to third, ceding ground to India’s Kuldeep Yadav, who rose to second. Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan retains his hold on the top spot. Haris Rauf also fell, sliding to 16th, but young pacer Naseem Shah climbed 10 places to secure 51st, underlining his growing impact.

T20I Rankings: Mixed Fortunes for Pakistani Stars

In the T20I rankings, Pakistan’s batting stalwarts Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan held firm at sixth and eighth, respectively. Emerging talent Saim Ayub continues to rise, jumping to 57th, thanks to his growing consistency in the shortest format.

Among bowlers, Shaheen Afridi dropped to 23rd, while Haris Rauf slid to 28th after enduring a tough T20I series against the Proteas.
