Pilgrims can access these services by presenting their permits via the Nusuk app, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). The facilities accept bags weighing up to 7kg for a maximum duration of four hours. However, loose items, valuables, prohibited goods, food, and medicine are not allowed. Pilgrims must provide a claim ticket to retrieve their belongings.

To further enhance convenience, the authority plans to expand the service to cover all areas surrounding the Grand Mosque.
