Dense fog has led to the closure of multiple sections of Pakistan’s motorway network, causing significant disruptions for commuters and transport services. Authorities have taken precautionary measures to ensure public safety by temporarily shutting down key routes where visibility has been drastically reduced.
Among the closures is the complete shutdown of the Sialkot Motorway (M-11), while traffic on the Lahore to Kot Momin section of Motorway M-2 has also been suspended. Similarly, the entire stretch of Motorway M-3 is closed, and the M-4 Motorway, spanning from Pindi Bhattian to Abdul Hakeem, remains inaccessible due to poor visibility caused by the dense fog.
Officials have urged drivers to avoid unnecessary travel during these hazardous conditions and to stay updated on the latest developments regarding traffic restoration. Travelers are advised to exercise caution and prioritize safety until the weather improves and normal traffic resumes.

It is NOT FOG. It’s SMOG. It’s the pollution that is harmful to your health and to small children’s health. Do not misguide people.
