Private Housing Society Owner Killed in Rawalpindi

A private housing society owner was shot dead, and his gunman sustained severe injuries after armed attackers opened fire outside a senior district administration office in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, according to 24NewsHD TV.

Raja Daniyal Iqbal was standing with his gunman Asim Rashid when the assailants struck in broad daylight. Police sources suggest the attack stemmed from an old rivalry.

Reports indicate that the Daniyal Group had previously disrupted an event organized by the Metro City Project in Gujar Khan, leading to the death of a young man. The primary source of the dispute reportedly involves a 200-kanal piece of land near a private housing society.
