Samsung is ramping up excitement for the January 22 launch of the Galaxy S25 series with a series of teasers. Following yesterday’s Bixby-focused announcement, today’s reveal shows improvements to the Sketch to Image AI feature, which originally debuted last year.
Drawing Assist will integrate the updated Sketch to Image feature, offering more flexibility. Users can still sketch their ideas using the S Pen or their fingers but can now also describe what they want the AI to create using text or voice commands. Samsung promises that Galaxy AI can create anything you think of.
With the enhanced feature, you can combine inputs for more detailed and creative results. For example, you could sketch a cat and type “spacesuit” to see the cat outfitted as an astronaut. Similarly, you might draw a house and add descriptions of its surroundings to customize the image further.
Coming to One UI 7
Improvements to Sketch to Image won’t just be exclusive to the Galaxy S25 series, these enhancements are set to reach older flagship models as well through the One UI 7 update. This ensures that a wider range of Samsung users will benefit from this enhanced feature.
As mentioned earlier, January 22 is the launch date for the Galaxy S25 series, which is when we will get to hear more about this feature. Stay tuned.
