The 9mm bullets were detected during a final security scan. The employee was unable to produce a valid license for the ammunition. According to the FIR, he claimed the bullets belonged to his father’s licensed firearm and were left in the bag by mistake.

Despite passing earlier ASF security checks and immigration without issue, the bullets were flagged in the final screening.

ASF handed the employee to the Sarwar Road Police Station, where a case was registered against him under Section 13-2a of the 1965 Arms Act. Authorities are investigating the incident.
