Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has notified the listing of DH Partners Limited (DHPL) with effect from Monday, February 03, 2025.
DHPL is being listed on the Exchange pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement under which, Engro Holdings Limited (ENGROH) Formerly: Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited has been demerged into two legal entities whereby all its assets, liabilities, and obligations other than its investment in shares of Engro Corporation Limited (ENGRO) as specified in the Scheme have been vested into DHPL.
The Scheme has been sanctioned by the Islamabad High Court vide Order dated July 18, 2024, and has become effective from January 01, 2025. As per the swap ratio disclosed in the Scheme, the shareholders of ENGROH have been allotted 1 share of DHPL against 1 share of ENGROH.
Trading in the shares of the Company will commence on the PSX Main Board from Monday, February 03, 2025, and shall be settled ona T+2 basis. The first settlement date will be Thursday, February 06, 2025.
The Market Lot of the Company will be 1 share of PKR10/- each.
The shares of the Company have already been declared as an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). NCCPL has assigned “DHPL” to the Company as its Company Code/Security Symbol.
The Opening Price of the shares of the Company will be Rs. 58.99/- per share as announced by ENGROH, which has already been disseminated through PUCARS on January 03, 2025.
The Company will be quoted in the “Investment Banks/Investment Companies/Securities Companies” Sector in the Daily Quotation of the Exchange.
